Returns & Refunds

We want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchases and encourage you to take your time when choosing.

Many of our items are unique, reclaimed or second-hand, and each piece has its own character and condition. We are happy to answer any questions and allow customers to inspect items thoroughly before purchase.

In-store purchases

Items purchased in person are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind, decide the item is no longer suitable, or find the same or a similar item elsewhere at a lower price.

All second-hand and reclaimed items are sold in the condition they are viewed and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, we will deal with the matter in accordance with UK consumer law.

Deposits & Reserved Items

We are happy to reserve items for customers once a deposit has been paid.

● Deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase.

● Reserved items will be held for the agreed collection period.

● If an item is not collected within the agreed timeframe and no alternative arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to place the item back on sale.

Delivery

Where delivery is arranged, we ask customers to inspect their items as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify us promptly if there is a problem.

Second-hand & Reclaimed Items

As many of our products are reclaimed or previously owned, signs of age, weathering, colour variation and general wear should be expected and form part of their character. Any significant damage or defects that we are aware of will be pointed out before purchase.
